Mira Halberg is the founder of Halberg Co., an agentic CRM positioned at operator-class B2B teams who are tired of paying enterprise sticker price for software that asks them to do the data-entry work themselves. Her wager — stated in our March landscape piece and unchanged since — is that a CRM ought to open already having drafted the work, and that the operator's role is to review the system, not to feed it.
Halberg started the company after a long stretch as the second-hire revenue lead at a consumer-fintech outfit she declines to name in interviews. She has shipped under tight constraints before and prefers a four-person team over the fifteen-person team most of her competitors run with. Halberg Co. has a small but visibly loyal customer base in Toronto, New York, and London, and a single architectural commitment: every workflow runs first as an agent, second as a human override.
She talks to Operator Press for our weekly digests but has so far declined a sit-down profile interview. We expect to revisit the company in the back half of 2026.
